Important Policies…
A Party Pax Liability Waiver must be signed before you take possession of the rentals, please read it in advance of making your reservation for all detailed policies.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A minimum $200 security deposit (or equal to your total rental fee if greater than $200) is required on all rentals and is due when you pick up your rentals. Deposits may be in the form of personal check, money order, or cashier's check and will be either refunded by mail or shredded within ten days upon return of all items in satisfactory condition.
RESERVATIONS:
All paid reservations are FINAL SALES, please make your selections carefully. All paid rental charges will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled. We will try to accommodate date or theme changes whenever possible, but it is never guaranteed.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Rentals returned late will be charged at the full rental value per day. Rentals returned damaged will result in a partial or complete forfeit of your security deposit.
"You break it or lose it, you buy it!"
Sorry to sound harsh, but please keep this in mind. Rental items should have adult supervision and assistance at all times. We will attempt to fix things first and we will always pass along the cheapest replacement cost possible.
Do you deliver?
In order to provide the most affordability, we are unable to offer delivery services at this time. We can sometimes meet you at a closer location, for a minimal fee.
Can I view reservation availability online?
Not at this time, we hope to provide this feature in the future. For now, we will email and/or call you to confirm availability or to discuss an alternative reservation date after you submit your online request. You may also email or call us to check availability.
What is your advice for using the themed packs?
Every rental comes with a guide sheet including helpful tips, hints, suggestions, and instructions. Themed packs can be used with structured "activity stations" or simply set all the stuff out and let children "free play" with it. Use it all during the party, or set some of it aside (like the storytime blanket and books) for special times later with only your child(ren).
Is there advice for using the party character costumes?
Every party character costume comes with a guide sheet including helpful tips, hints, suggestions, and instructions. You should provide your character with an "assistant" to help them walk, talk, and play with the children. Plan your party character time for well before or well after food time, especially messy cake and icecream!
